My Experiences
At ti&m I have the privilege to work on multiple projects for various external customers, usually in the role of software architect or full stack developer. As part of the dotnet and data engineering team I am also implementing and advising internal and external data engineering projects in the cloud and on premise while using following stack and patterns: Data lakehouse, Azure Synapse, Google Dataproc, Superset, Airflow, Kafka, Spark, Hive, Hadoop.
I have started to work part time for auto-i-dat during my studies.
My tasks have been mostly fullstack within the .Net family.
Since 2019, I am participating in the Cardossier project.
Since April 2020, I have been working fulltime.
It has started with my bachelor thesis, for which I was lucky enough to be advised by Maciej Besta from the SPCL lab. I continued working with him and other researchers from SPCL on various topics and papers in the field of HPC and graph algorithms.
I've worked as teaching assistant for Prof. Dr. Thomas Gross for a Java based OOP-Course over two semesters.
Education
My Qualification
I studied Computer Science at ETH Zurich resulting in a bachelor degree. I did my bachelor thesis with Prof. Dr. Torsten Hoefler and Maciej Besta.
During my language stay in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, I successfully passed the english language examination C1 Advanced provided by Cambridge Assessment English.
At an early stage in my training in the swiss military, I decided to pursue the rank of a quarter master sergeant.
In 2018, I have been appointed to the position of staff officer of computer science. As specialist officer, I hold the rank of a Captain.
I have graduated from Kantonsschule Seetal (Gymansium) with main focus on economics.
